If App does not pick your correct address, tap on the pick-up slot to change it. Enter your correct address and select from the list of popup addresses that matches yours. Tap on "where to" and enter your drop-off address to continue your booking.
The App works with the internet connections available so it may take time to fetch information. If the App freezes or hangs, kindly restart or relaunch App to refresh it. If problem persist, kindly send us a chat message to report the issue and our customer support will look into it.
